In 2004, the Lilly Endowment (Indianapolis, IN) collaborated with 37 Indiana colleges and universities in an effort to financially assist them in combating "The Indiana Brain Drain." As an extension of that collaboration, 13 northern Indiana colleges and universities have come together to form a consortium to connect students with area employers.
The Indiana Careers Consortium (INCC) member schools are:
Ancilla College, Bethel College,
Goshen College, Holy Cross College, Indiana University South Bend, Indiana Tech, Ivy Tech Community College of South Bend, Purdue University Northwest, Purdue Polytechnic Institute at South Bend, Saint Mary's College, University of Notre Dame, Trine University, and Valparaiso University.
