In 2004, the Lilly Endowment (Indianapolis, IN) collaborated with 37 Indiana colleges and universities in an effort to financially assist them in combating "The Indiana Brain Drain." As an extension of that collaboration, 12 northern Indiana colleges and universities have come together to form a consortium to connect students with area employers.

The Indiana Careers Consortium (INCC) member schools are:
Ancilla College, Bethel College, Goshen College, Holy Cross College, Indiana University South Bend, Indiana Tech, Ivy Tech Community College of South Bend, Purdue Polytechnic Institute at South Bend, Saint Mary's College, University of Notre Dame, Trine University, and Valparaiso University.

Mission

The Indiana Careers Consortium (INCC) is a community of career development professionals in higher education dedicated to the furtherance of effective career development services to benefit the college student and graduate population in northern Indiana. We seek to promote career opportunities and professional development through collaborative efforts with the goal of ensuring practitioner competence, and networking among member institutions.
